Cook it, Strain it, Disrespect it!
Make one Delicious Meat Sauce
1- Cook 1lb. of ground beef
& add 1/2 a cup of water & salt to your taste
2- Once your ground beef
is fully cooked
blend it with a hand blender
or mash it
to your preference .
3-Strain the water out from your cooked beef
